Following recent changes to departmental responsibilities, the functions of the former Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts are transitioning to new departments. Work is underway to update departments’ websites.

Queensland Cultural Diversity Demographic and Statistical Resource

  • Search Diversity Queensland

    The Search Diversity Queensland tool has been developed to help educate and engage users on Queensland’s cultural diversity using demographic, socio-economic, cultural and geographical information.

  • Diversity Figures snapshot and report

    The Queensland Government Diversity Figures Snapshot and accompanying Diversity Figures Report provides core demographic and diversity data from the ABS 2021 Census of Population and Housing.

  • Other resources

    Discover links to statistical information including: ABS 2021 Census data by Language Spoken at Home and Proficiency in Spoken English; ABS 2021 Census data for all Queenslanders by Country of Birth; Queensland Regional Profiles, Australian South Sea Islander data, CALD Health Report and the SBS Australian Census Explorer tool.
