Following recent changes to departmental responsibilities, the functions of the former Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts are transitioning to new departments. Work is underway to update departments’ websites.

This report (PDF, 907 KB) report(DOCX, 188 KB) shows the Queensland Government’s progress against its response (PDF) to the Queensland Productivity Commission’s inquiry into service delivery in remote and discrete Indigenous Communities (PDF).

This report summarises the work of Queensland Government agencies against the Queensland Productivity Commission’s 22 recommendations.

Progress in the report includes the Queensland Government’s commitment to addressing structural and service delivery reform, building community capacity and recognising the importance of locally led decision-making.
