Following recent changes to departmental responsibilities, the functions of the former Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts are transitioning to new departments. Work is underway to update departments’ websites.

About sponsorship funding

Sponsorship is available to businesses, association, local councils and not-for-profits to deliver significant initiatives and events in Queensland that help the department achieve its objectives:

  • Strengthen communities and help them thrive.
  • Invest in quality responsive services and supports.
  • Demonstrate leading and responsive approaches that facilitate the management and governance of the Queensland Government priorities.
